An integral part of the practical training of full-time cadets at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is an introductory practice in the services and units of the National Police of Ukraine. It is carried out with the aim of consolidating the theoretical knowledge gained by cadets during the study of academic disciplines.

With the participation of the management of the Faculties №№ 1-4, Sumy branch, representatives of the educational and methodological department, personnel department and scientific and pedagogical staff of the specialized departments, briefings were held for the first-year cadets of KhNUIA on the procedure for introductory practice in the territorial divisions of the NPU.

Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the international online webinar "Breaking Down Walls, Building Bridges: Teaching Tolerance and Respect in a Classroom", organized and conducted by the Linguist Publishing House.

A tournament for Vinnytsia Region Cup in kettlebell lifting dedicated to the memory of the defenders who died in the struggle for Ukraine's independence was held in Vinnytsia. The sports events were attended by cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who took prizes in the individual competition.

District police officer of Shepetivka District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Senior Police Lieutenant Olha Lysak, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA Olena Pikhurets, conducted a binary class for cadets of the Faculty № 4 on "Non-contractual obligations".

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the national Muay Thai boxing team of Kharkiv region and took part in the Ukrainian Youth Championship in Odesa.

Vita Fylypska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the international webinar "Responsible Academic Artificial Intelligence for Web of Science Researchers" of the Research Smarter series by Clarivate.

Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, took part in the educational marathon "Soft Skills Sprint: Accelerating Professional Competence", organized and conducted by Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University. The event included webinars.

Employees of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 and the Department of Psychological Support of KhNUIA held an information hour with specialists who are responsible for the functions of course leaders of Faculties №№ 1-4 and the Institute of Postgraduate Education on the topic "Prevention of suicidal behavior in the units of the National Police of Ukraine".

The teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA - Head of the Department Olena Stativka, Associate Professors Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, Senior Lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova - took part in the international online webinar "Will Generative AI ruin creativity? Life Competencies in the Generative AI era" by Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
