Students of the graduating classes of lyceums No. 9 and No. 16, as well as gymnasium No. 23 of Melitopol City Council of Zaporizhzhia region, visited one of the locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During the event, the young men and women got acquainted with the university's material and technical base.

On the eve of the preparation of control standards for special physical training, senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training Mykhailo INSHEKOV, together with a student of the master's degree of the ERI No. 1, candidate for master of sports in polyathlon Volodymyr MANUKIAN, held a binary lesson for cadets of the ERI No. 4.

University employees held a meeting with graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum with Enhanced Military-Physical Training in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. The event was held as part of the Open Day, the purpose of which was to familiarize future applicants with the educational process, the material and technical base of the police academy, and cadet life.

The Head of the Research laboratory on problems of information technologies and combating crime in cyberspace of the ERI No. 4, Dmytro PASHNIEV, held an online career guidance event for students of secondary education institutions in Kharkiv region.

Scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, together with the combat training instructor of the 120th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, conducted a practical lesson in the discipline "Tactical and Special Training" on the topic: "Tactical assistance to the wounded at the pre-hospital stage" for higher education applicants of the ERI No. 4.

Iryna DOVHAN, a lecturer of the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the ERI No. 4, during a career guidance conversation with high school students of Krychiv Lyceum of Bushtyn settlement council of Tiachiv district of Transcarpathian region, spoke about the admission requirements and the advantages of studying at the police academy.

As part of raising awareness of actions in emergency situations, a lesson on safe handling of explosive objects was held for first-year students of the ERI No. 4. The cadets received theoretical knowledge on tactics of action of police officers in case of detection of an explosive object, got acquainted with their classification and principles of identification.

The X-GameCyberClubTournament 5x5 tournament in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) brought together the strongest teams from different parts of the country. The cadets of the ERI №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs demonstrated real skill, unity and strategic thinking.

The curator of educational activities of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, Liliia TOVSTOPIAT, held informational and educational meetings with students of the ERI No. 1–5, dedicated to the topic of a barrier-free environment.

The first-year students of the ERI No. 4 received theoretical knowledge and practiced the necessary practical skills during a binary lesson, which was conducted by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Viktor YASKO and Mykhailo BAMBULIAK with the participation of the head of the pyrotechnics and humanitarian demining unit.
