The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko introduced the Dean of the Faculty № 2, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Police Captain Vasyl Kikinchuk to the university staff. Until recently, he held the position of Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work of the Faculty № 1.
A meeting was held with 10th grade lyceum students of Liubotyn Professional Lyceum of Railway Transport in Kharkiv region. The Recruitment and Career Guidance Department, together with the Faculty No. 4, organized and held a meeting on the peculiarities of admission and studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024 with students from Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Kirovohrad and Kharkiv regions.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a career guidance meeting with graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum "Slavutynka" of Khmelnytskyi Regional Council. Future applicants were introduced to the history of the university, told about the specifics of training cadets in various specialties, the peculiarities of the admission campaign in 2024 and the prospects for future employment after graduation from the police university.
As part of strengthening ties with educational institutions and educational authorities, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty № 4 Nataliia Shyshka and Professor of the same department Oleksandr Shyshka met with Olha Matvieieva, Head of the Department of Education of the city of Pokrov, Dnipro region. They discussed important aspects of admission to the higher education institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine - Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Police Lieutenant Serhii Cherkaskyi, a detective of the Criminal Police Department of Poltava District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Poltava Region, together with Nataliia Olendra, a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, conducted a binary lesson on "Robbery" for the first-year students of the Faculty № 1.
Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 - Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi and Associate Professor Yevheniia Lohvynenko - took part in the webinar "Ensuring Transparency and Information Openness of an Educational Institution", held by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union within the framework of the USAID Ukraine - USAID Ukraine Human Rights in Action Program.
Yevheniia Lohvynenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and Ivan Kharchenko, a lawyer, co-founder and chairman of the board of Prolisok-Berdiansk NGO, held a binary lesson on the subject of Constitutional Law on the topic "Fundamentals of the constitutional and legal status of a person in modern states" for the cadets of the 101st study group of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
On the occasion of the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes, an online video lecture was held for higher education students of the Faculties №№ 1-4, 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Andrii Pavlenko, a participant of the Revolution of Dignity, and Olha Salo, Deputy Director of the Museum of the Revolution of Dignity.
