On the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the family of the university graduate, Hero of Ukraine Vitalii Hrytsaienko put flowers at the memorial plaque installed in honor of the Hero on the facade of Borys Serha Poltava Secondary School, where Vitalii Hrytsaienko studied.
The purpose of the event was to honor the Heroes, the defenders of Ukraine who defended the ideals of democracy, our independence and unity at the cost of their own lives, people who proved that Ukraine will always fight for its freedom and European future.
On August 29, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine - servicemen and members of volunteer formations who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, perpetuating their heroism, strengthening the patriotic spirit in society.
Cadets and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a regular course on cyber hygiene developed by the OSCE Support Program for future law enforcement and rescue officers of Ukraine. The event was attended by Maksym Romanov, Deputy Head of the Department for Organization of Scientific Activities and Innovations - Head of the Organizational and Scientific Division of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, took part in the XXXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Scientific Technologies and Solutions of Scientists for Creating New Ideas" in London, UK.
On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Fallen Defenders of Ukraine, which is celebrated on August 29, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the athletics race "I Honor the Warriors, I Run for the Heroes of Ukraine". The event has already become an annual patriotic tradition to honor the memory of soldiers who died during Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
The Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 conducted additional classes on the topic "Algorithm of recommended actions of police officers in case of emergencies, nuclear explosion and radiation hazard outside the NES surveillance zone" for the first-year students of the camp training of Faculties No. 1-4 of KhNUIA.
Olha Lazareva, Head of the Book Storage Department of the Scientific Library of KhNUIA, introduced the information resources of the library portal to the freshmen of the camp training of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4.
On the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, cadets of the Faculties 1 and 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the flash mob "United by Ukraine" organized by the public organization "Ratusha". The solemn raising of the 330 m² State Flag of Ukraine took place in three elements - on the ground, on the water, and in the air.
One of the measures that helps freshmen adapt to new conditions is group training. During the interactive interaction of the psychologist with the cadets, many useful goals are achieved: trust in the psychologist is formed through relaxed communication in an equal space, the cadets get to know each other, etc.
