Within the framework of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation, with the organizational assistance of the Director of the ERI No. 5, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, senior students of the Law specialty visited Kharkiv District Administrative Court. During the visit, the students were present at the court session presided over by judge Olha HORSHKOVA.

Lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5, Maria NAUMENKO and Yuliia TUTOVA, in the format of a ZOOM conference, together with lawyer Oleh LIPKOVSKYI, held a binary lesson for 3rd year students on the topic "Obligation as a legal relationship between the parties: scientific and practical discussion with a lawyer."

As part of a charity action, students of the ERI No. 5 visited an animal shelter in Kamianets-Podilskyi, which is maintained by the NGO "Soul of a Stray". The young people did not remain aloof from the problems of homeless animals and demonstrated by their own example that good deeds begin with indifference.

The teacher of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, Nadiia CHEPELIEVA, held an online meeting with graduates of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 6. She introduced the students to the possibility of entering the ERI No. 5, in particular, in the specialty "Psychology", spoke in detail about the features of the educational process, areas of training and professional prospects of future specialists.

A binary lesson was held for students of the ERI No. 5 on the topic "Criminal liability for intentional murder under aggravating circumstances (Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)". Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Yulia TATARKINA invited the prosecutor of Saltiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, Candidate of Law Olesia ARSENI, to conduct the lesson.

Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 Oleksandr KUKHARIEV conducted a binary online lesson for first-year students in the academic discipline "Introduction to the Specialty" on the topic "Characteristics of the legal profession and individual legal specialties."

Head of the Personnel Department of the North-Eastern Interregional Department for the Execution of Criminal Punishments of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Yulia BUTENKO and Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 Victoria DAVYDENKO held a binary lesson. 

The Head of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, Olha HETMANETS, completed the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Pedagogical Advanced Training on the topic "Features of the Relationship between Law Enforcement Agencies and Other Subjects of Crime Prevention during Martial Law in Ukraine", which was conducted by Odesa State University of Internal Affairs and the Center for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation.

Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia KOBYLKO, students of the ERI No. 5 mastered two educational courses "Speaking: How to Fall in Love with Ukrainian" and "Speaking. Motives" from the online education studio EdEra. Theoretical material dedicated to the development of the Ukrainian language, periods of oppression and prosperity is presented in an interactive form.

The event was held as part of the celebration of the European Day against Trafficking in Human Beings, during which the participants focused on discussing the current issues of combating human trafficking - one of the most serious crimes against fundamental human rights and freedoms.
