Students and staff of the ERI No. 5 once again joined the blood donation for wounded servicemen and affected civilians. Participation in the donation is a manifestation of humanity and real support for those who protect Ukraine at the cost of their own health and lives.

Director of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Oksana BRUSAKOVA, her Deputy Ella TVERDOKHLIB, Professors and students studying in the specialty "Law", took part in the event on the occasion of the Days of Administrative Justice of Ukraine and the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Code of Administrative Procedure.

Danylo PAIOL, a student of the ERI No. 5 with the call sign "Frenchman", died in the war for the independence and freedom of Ukraine. Danylo studied for a master's degree in law. In the most difficult times for our people, without hesitation, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The II All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference was held on this topic, which was attended by representatives of the Department of Criminal Process, Forensic Science and Expertise of the ERI No. 5 - Head of the Department Mykhailo SHCHERBAKOVSKYI, as well as Professor Valentyna KORZH and Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA.

Veteran policy in Ukraine is one of the priorities of state policy, aimed at ensuring the rehabilitation of war veterans and their family members. It includes a wide range of measures, from providing social guarantees and medical care to promoting employment and adaptation to civilian life.

The action was actively participated by cadets and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They raised funds to support the units of the Security and Defense Forces, which amounted to over 700 thousand hryvnias, which were used to purchase the necessary equipment for units performing combat missions on the front line.

Associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Natalia HRESA, Yana PONOMARENKO and Alla SHYLINA participated in a two-day training "Child-centeredness in cases on the child's right to a family: practical aspects of implementation. Strengthening the capacities of the supporting professional community."

Representatives of the ERI No. 5 – Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5 Mykola PAKHNIN, Associate Professors of the same department Victoria DAVYDENKO and Anna NAUMOVA, as well as Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise Olena SOLOVIOVA took part in the work of the IX International Forum “Mediation and Law”.

A meeting with representatives of the youth active of the region was held in Kharkiv Regional Youth Center. The participants discussed plans for further cooperation, joint events for Youth Day. KhNUIA was represented at the event by the Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of Cadet and Student Self-Government Yana HORSKINA.

Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Olena SHAKHOVA participated in the 56th annual International Conference of the Society for Psychotherapy Research, which was held at the Jagiellonian University (Krakow, Republic of Poland).
