The leading specialist of the fire safety group of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Yurii CHUKHRII, met with the students of the ERI No. 5. He introduced the young men and women to the general rules of fire safety, explained the basic requirements on compliance with fire safety both in the classrooms and in everyday life.

In order to form national consciousness and military-patriotic education of young people, first-year students of the ERI No. 1, 4 and 5 of KhNUIA watched a documentary dedicated to the 20-year history of the only Demining Center in Ukraine, which was eventually transformed into the 143rd Joint Educational and Training Center "Podillia".

Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activities of the ERI No. 5 Mykola HOLUB, together with the inspector of the Public Relations Department of the State Police in Kharkiv region Vladyslav MOHYLKA, conducted an online lesson for students on the topic: "The National Police as a subject of administrative and jurisdictional activities. Concepts, features, forms and legal principles of the AJAP".

The Vice-Rector of the University, Oleksandr MUZYCHUK, addressed the institute's staff with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of education for young people in the formation of personality, the formation of professionalism, and spiritual development.

Anna SUSHKOVA, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, took part in the All-Ukrainian Online Conference "Use of Artificial Intelligence in Educational Activities. Exchange of Experience."

On the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, who died in the struggle for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, students of the ERI No. 5 joined the nationwide commemoration of the Heroes. The youth bowed their heads in a moment of silence, expressing gratitude to those who gave their lives for the peace and freedom of the Ukrainian people.

The Director of the Institute, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, congratulated the students of higher education and scientific and pedagogical workers on the main state holiday. She emphasized that independence is not only a historical date, but also the many years of daily work of every Ukrainian in strengthening and developing the state.

Students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, together with the entire Ukrainian people, celebrated the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, honoring the blue-yellow flag as a symbol of pride and invincibility.

A new set of higher education applicants has begun their studies at the Educational and Research Institute No. 4. The guarantors of educational and professional programs met with the first-year students in offline and online formats, who introduced the cadets to the selective educational components of the first year of study, which will contribute to the formation of their individual educational trajectories.
