A field trip was held at the forensic support sector of the investigative department of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region for students of the ERI No. 5, who are studying in the specialty "Law". The Head of the sector, Levon MEZHLUMIAN, introduced the students to the material and technical support of criminalists.

The Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an online Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists "Psychological Readings", which was opened by the Rector, corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii SOKURENKO.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Iryna ANTOL and Associate Professor of the department Artem PODOROZHNII held an online meeting on the topic of the 2025 entry company. They told the high school students about the relevance and prospects of obtaining higher education.

Educational and Research Institute No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs trains students under the contract form of study for the degrees of higher education "bachelor" and "master". The institute trains specialists in the following specialties: "Law", "Law enforcement activities", "Psychology", "Cybersecurity and information protection", "Information systems and technologies", "Finance, banking, insurance and stock market", "Accounting and taxation".

Within the framework of the academic discipline "Financial Investigations", Anna SUSHKOVA, senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5, together with 3rd year students of the specialty "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market", participated in educational events on payment security.

The Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, Mykhailo SHCHERBAKOVSKYI, held a lesson on the topic "Tactics of Assigning Forensic Expertise" with the participation of Pavlo PASHKOV, a forensic expert from the Department of Forensic Investigation of Vehicles and Registry Maintenance of Kharkiv Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Representatives of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, with the participation of the institute's management, held an online career guidance meeting with graduating students of Slobozhanskyi Lyceum No. 1, Slobozhansk Village Council, Chuhuiv District, Kharkiv Region.

Representatives of the university are always ready to support those who need blood or its components for treatment and recovery. Senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Anna SUSHKOVA once again became a donor of blood components.

On this topic, students of the ERI No. 5 listened to a lecture given by the head of the Department of Economic and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Anhelina DOROSHENKO.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertise of the ERI No. 5 Svitlana LOZOVA conducted an online class on the topic "Forensic Identification". The event was attended by Professor of the Department of Criminal Process and Forensics of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs Oleksii ODERII.
