Krystyna Koval, a 2nd year cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, took an online course on Ayn Rand philosophy "Objectivist Thought Leader Program" from the Ayn Rand Center in Ukraine, received a certificate of successful completion and valuable gifts - the first well-known novel "We are alive" by Ayn Rand, which was the first public speech of the writer against communism.
A constituent meeting was held with the participation of the Deputy Dean of the Faculty No. 1 for educational and methodological work Vladyslav Neviadovskyi, representatives of the departments of faculty No. 1 and the educational and methodological department, dedicated to the issues of high-quality training of applicants for higher education of the second (master's) level of higher education in specialty 081 ''Law''.
Associate Professor of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty № 6 Svitlana Lozova and Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medicine Training of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Ruslan Stepaniuk took part in a scientific seminar "Examination of the circumstances of road accidents: problematic issues and ways to solve them", which took place at Kharkiv Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA Platon Mozhovyi, Oleksandr Katrenko and Yulia Shelest, who are members of the School of Scientific Leadership, together with the Union of Search Detachments of Ukraine took part in the last archeological excavations this season in Balakliia district of Kharkiv region.
Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership, Faculty 1, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, won the The Young Citizens Diary international competition of case studies organized by the Eastern European Civic Education Network (EENCE) with the support of the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Civic Education Agency (Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung).
The first vice-rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, met with the cadets of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs - participants of the All-Ukrainian Academic Mobility Program "Student Academic Mobility (SAM) Ukraine". The event was also attended by Vice-Rectors of the University Leonid Mohilevskyi, Anatolii Klochko, Deputy Dean of the Faculty № 1 Vladyslav Neviadovskyi, heads of departments.
Andrii Topchii, a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1, took part in the international conference "Family, Class and Inequalities in Central and Eastern Europe" (Social Research Center of Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania).

For the World Science Day for Peace and Development, the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received new publications as a gift from the Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty № 1 Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Ihor Lohvinenko and Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Yulia Zahumenna.
