Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has launched the “School of Course Officers” - a new form of work for heads of educational courses of Faculties, the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Sumy Branch.

A lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Faculty No1 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Valentyna Kochyna held an online meeting of the scientific circle on the ZOOM platform. The first-year cadets of Faculty No1 took part in it.

Within the framework of advanced training in the application of modern methods of organizing and conducting the educational process in distance and mixed form, the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty№ 1, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Olena Stativka passed a series of webinars "Facilitation tools for effective online learning activities" from Central European Foundation Academy of Studies and Certification (CEASC) in cooperation with the NGO "Association of Project Managers of Ukraine".

Faculty № 1 cadets of the final year have practical exercises in the educational discipline "Practice with the use of technical and criminalistics means of proof". In order to conduct classes in the form of quests on the topic of "Forensic Ballistics", it was necessary to prepare objects with shot traces.

The first-year cadets of the faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs met the rector assistant Viktor Slysh. The event was held in the framework of the Plan of national-patriotic education of cadets, students and listeners of KhNUIA for 2021.

Teaching staff of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty № 1 took part in the interuniversity scientific and methodical seminar "Problems of introduction of distance learning in the educational process at higher education institutions and possible ways to solve them" that took place at the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted another thematic online meeting of representatives of the Faculty No. 1 with graduate pupils on admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2021 and the peculiarities of study at the Faculty that trains investigators.

Lecturers of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 Maryna Fomenko and Oleksandr Olishevskyi visited Kharkiv Secondary School of I-III levels No. 21 and Kharkiv Lyceum No. 107 as part of career guidance work. They familiarized the high school pupils with the conditions of the current admission campaign to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Yuliia Zahumenna and Lidiia Kalienichenko, Professors of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, visited a Specialized School of I-III Degrees No. 119 and a Secondary School of I-III Degrees No. 103 under realization of career guidance work.

A meeting of Serhii Bortnyk, Vice-Rector of the University, Police Colonel, with junior commanders of cadet units of the Faculties No.No. 1–4 took place within the framework of the School of Junior Commanders of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Serhii Mykolaiovych noted, that the role of junior commanders in ensuring the functioning of cadet units should not be underestimated.
