Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko presented awards to cadets who won prizes in the All-Ukrainian weightlifting tournament dedicated to the memory of I.M. Kozhedub during the morning line-up of non-permanent personnel.
International Volunteer Day is celebrated around the world on December 5. It was founded at the initiative of the UN General Assembly in 1985. This day allows volunteers and different organizations to celebrate their work, share their values and tell about themselves.
Athletes of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs won prizes in the All-Ukrainian weightlifting tournament dedicated to the memory of I. M. Kozhedub, which took place in Kharkiv. The tournament was attended by 120 participants from six regions of Ukraine.
Yuliia Shelest, a second-year cadet of the Faculty № 1, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership and a volunteer researcher, donated exhibits from the Second World War to the Liubotyn City Museum of Local Lore. They were found during excavations in Balakliia district by cadets-participants of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the public organization "Union of Search Detachments of Ukraine".
A participant of the School of Scientific Leadership of Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, 3rd year cadet Yuliia Patsora took part in an online meeting with a Swiss lawyer Richard Chlup, organized by the Association of Law Graduates of KNU named after Taras Shevchenko.
The Department of Theory and History of State and Law held a methodological seminar, which summed up the work of the department within the academic mobility program between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

A joint meeting of Scientific Circles with the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA was held (in format of online conference on ZOOM platform) with the Department of Criminal Law and International and European Law of Kharkiv National University named after V. N. Karazina.
