To the attention of cadets and students - applicants for higher education of KhNUIA!

The NGO "Women's League" invites university cadets and students to join the project "Girls Diplomatic Academy 2.0", this project is a tool that allows girls aged 17-21 with different life experiences to gain expert knowledge and skills that will help them to actively engage in formal and informal diplomacy in the future.

Training course "4+ Elements" for the academic staff of KhNUIA

We invite the academic staff of KhNUIA to take part in the training course "4+ Elements" on somatics, contact improvisation and performance, which will be held in the Czech Republic. At this training course, participants will learn about somatics (body awareness, grounding, pendulum movements, titration, sequencing, resources, expression) and body movement techniques (contact improvisation, authentic movements, vocal and physical compositions related to theater and performance).

Binary lesson in the discipline "International Law"

Yevhen Titov, Associate Professor of the Department of International and European Law of the Law Faculty of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, together with Andrii Voitsikhovsky, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, conducted a binary class on "Basic Principles of International Law" for the cadets of the Faculty No. 1.

Meeting with students of Medzhybizkyi Lyceum

Maryna Dzhafarova, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, held an online meeting with students of  Medzhybizkyi Lyceum of Medzhybizka Village Council of Khmelnytskyi District of Khmelnytskyi Region on the peculiarities of admission and studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024.

Current issues of application of the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure"

Within the framework of the University's cooperation with Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Governments and the Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Vinnytsia Region, a consultative meeting was held for local councils and residents of territorial communities of Vinnytsia Region on topical legal issues on the topic "Application of the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure".

Binary classes with the participation of a police officer

Ivan Huzhovskyi, a master's student of the Faculty No. 1, an investigator of the Investigation Department for Investigation of Crimes Committed Against Life and Health of Pryluky District Police Department of Chernihiv Oblast National Police, together with Yaroslav Lyzohub, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, conducted binary classes for cadets of Faculties No. 1 and No. 4.

Exactly two years ago, on March 11, 2022, a sad and tragic event shook the staff of our university. As a result of a direct hit of a shell in the house, the Assistant to the Rector, chairman of the university trade union organization, candidate of sociological sciences, police colonel Valerii Moskovets died. He was at home in Dergachi with his granddaughter Anastasia.

Volunteer help for shelter animals

At the initiative of the cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA and the curator, associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure Valentyna Yatsenko, a charity event was held to help animals that were evacuated from different cities of Ukraine where military operations are taking place. The shelter "House of Mercy Khotyn" is home to 257 dogs, including those from Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

Getting to know the history of our native land

At the weekend, the cadets of group 201 of the Faculty No. 1 together with the curator of the group, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure Valentyna Yatsenko visited the State Historical and Architectural Reserve "Khotyn Fortress". During the excursion, the cadets learned about the history of the fortification, its importance for the inhabitants of Khotyn at the time, and how the existence of the citadel affected the existence of various religions and governments.

Student of the Faculty No. 6 became the winner of the All-Ukrainian essay of pupils and students "My Shevchenko"

Every year, on the occasion of the Great Kobzar's birthday, the NGO "Innovative Horizons of Ukraine" holds an All-Ukrainian essay contest for pupils and students "My Shevchenko", where each participant has the opportunity to present their own vision of the artist's figure and the relevance of his poetry in our time. According to the results of the competition, Valeriia Klynytska, a student of the Faculty № 6, took second place and received a second-degree diploma.
