Traditionally, on the eve of the New Year holidays, representatives of the management of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs congratulate cadets and students who are orphans or children deprived of parental care, those who lost their relatives in the Russian-Ukrainian war on St. Nicholas Day. Members of the Parliament and representatives of state authorities also joined the event.

A regular career guidance meeting was held, which was attended by Yurii Onyshchenko, Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work of the Faculty № 4, Liliia Zhyronkina, a leading specialist of the Faculty № 1, and Olena Mikhnovska, a representative of the selection organization sector of the Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kirovohrad region.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Yaroslav Lyzohub, together with the investigator of the Transport Crime Investigation Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, Yuliia Komirko, conducted a practical binary lesson on the subject of "Subjective Side of a Criminal Offense" for the cadets of the study group 204 of Faculty No. 1.

Improving the criminal justice system
