The academic staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation and the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 took part in practical seminars for teachers of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the topic "Peculiarities of documenting and investigating crimes related to armed aggression against Ukraine", organized by the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Representatives of the University together with Eduard Verbytskyi, Senior Inspector of Juvenile Prevention of the Community Relations Sector of the Police Department No. 1 of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, met with students of grades 10-11 of Humenetska community of Kamianets-Podilskyi district of Khmelnytskyi region.
Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (Republic of Poland), another delegation of scholars and cadets takes part in didactic classes in the field of mediation, negotiation and arbitration, including international arbitration during martial law.
The leadership of Bukovyna Police conducted a briefing with police officers and cadets who will be involved in preventive measures at checkpoints, including checking people and vehicles crossing them.
A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Methodology of empirical legal research" was held by Mykhailo Zavalnyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of Faculty No. 1.
The specialists of the scientific library of KhNUIA - the head of the book storage department Olha Lazareva and the librarian Zhanna Lazorenko - have started conducting classes on the development of information and bibliographic culture skills and academic integrity for first-year cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4.
The folk-drama theater of Kamianets-Podilskyi City House of Culture hosted a performance of the play "Salt and Gold". For the purpose of national and patriotic education of young people, a visit to the theatrical premiere was organized for higher education students of the Faculties No. 1, No. 4 and No. 6 of the University.
Employees and cadets of Faculties 1-4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, as well as other higher education institutions that belong to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and have a special police rank, are constantly involved in measures to ensure public safety and order during martial law. The Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko briefed the staff.
In order to strengthen the practical orientation of professionally oriented disciplines, the staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1 conducts practical classes in a specialized classroom using the program "Training Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations".
Students of the Faculties 1 and 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the donor movement and donated blood at Kamianets-Podilskyi City Transfusion Department. University employees and students will continue to donate blood and its components to save lives of those in need.
