At all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, representatives of the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action FSD (Fondation suisse de deminage) in Ukraine held an information event on "Risks associated with explosive objects" for cadets of the 1st-4th years of the Faculties №№ 1-4.

Achievements of KhNUIA cadets in kettlebell lifting

The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the kettlebell lifting (snatch) championship of Vinnytsia Territorial Organization of the VFST "Kolos", which was held in Vinnytsia. The university cadets won prizes in the individual competition.

A regular meeting of the Academic Council of the University was held

At the beginning of the event, Rector and Chairman of the Academic Council Valerii Sokurenko congratulated and presented certificates of academic rank "professor" to Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the same department Mykhailo Zavalnyi and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Oleksandr Zozulia.

Binary classes on international law

Nataliia Filipska, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 2 of the study group 201, conducted two binary classes in the discipline "International Law" for the students of the Faculty № 4. The seminar on the topic "Human Rights in International Law" was held together with the founder of the public organization "Association of Euroclubs of Vinnytsia Region" Yelyzaveta Savchuk.

A regular lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA was held

The optional lesson, conducted by the employee of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work Andrii Prokhorov, was held with the participation of cadets, students, master's, postgraduate and adjunct students. Andrii Prokhorov spoke about the more than one hundred-year history of law enforcement training in Kharkiv.

Creativity unites

The vocal ensemble of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs demonstrated their talents during an evening of creativity organized by the Youth Policy Department of Vinnytsia City Council at the Artynov Creative Space. Young and talented representatives of Vinnytsia's higher education institutions met here.

Future applicants were invited to study at the university

During a regular online meeting, the staff of the Recruitment and Career Guidance Department together with representatives of the Faculties 1-4, Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College told the students of all regions of Ukraine about the peculiarities of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024 by state order and at the expense of individuals and legal entities.

Binary lesson in Ukrainian for professional purposes

Olena Overchuk, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2, together with Pavlo Mitrukhov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the Faculty № 2, Police Major, conducted a binary practical lesson for first-year cadets of the Faculty № 3 as part of the Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes course.

Discussion of Ukraine's European integration process

Stanislav Ivanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, held a regular meeting of the scientific circle. During the event, the participants discussed topical issues related to the process of Ukraine's European integration and its regulatory and legal support. Students of Faculties 2 and 3 made presentations on the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU law.
