Employees of the Recruitment and Career Guidance Department together with representatives of the Faculties №№ 1-4 and Sumy branch held a regular meeting for students from all regions of Ukraine on the peculiarities of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2024.
A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held, which was conducted by the Head of the Department of International Cooperation Tetiana Matiushkova. The meeting was attended by representatives of all university departments - cadets, students, master's students, graduate students and adjuncts, who attended the event both offline and online.
Valeriia Dehtiarova, head of the cadet council of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv University of Internal Affairs, police corporal, along with other students of higher education institutions in Vinnytsia region, will be doing an internship at the structural units of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration for three weeks. We invite the academic staff of KhNUIA to take part in the training course "4+ Elements" on somatics, contact improvisation and performance, which will be held in the Czech Republic. At this training course, participants will learn about somatics (body awareness, grounding, pendulum movements, titration, sequencing, resources, expression) and body movement techniques (contact improvisation, authentic movements, vocal and physical compositions related to theater and performance).
On the occasion of the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birth, Associate Professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 Inna Holopych and Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 Oleh Honcharuk held a bilingual class in native and English on "Reinterpretation of Taras Shevchenko's Classical Image".
Exactly two years ago, on March 11, 2022, a sad and tragic event shook the staff of our university. As a result of a direct hit of a shell in the house, the Assistant to the Rector, chairman of the university trade union organization, candidate of sociological sciences, police colonel Valerii Moskovets died. He was at home in Dergachi with his granddaughter Anastasia.
Employees of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 - Associate Professors Ihor Vlasenko, Tykhin Shevchenko and Senior Lecturer Oleksandr Skliar, together with cadets and officers of the course level of the Faculty № 2 Oleh Nechaiev, Denys Hnylytskyi and Serhii Klymenko conducted an on-site practical training session using paintball equipment.

The teams of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 met in an intellectual duel.
The Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty № 2 presented the library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with its new publication - "Workshop on Legal Documentation". The textbook is intended for classroom and independent work of higher education students of all specialties of full-time and part-time education.
