KhNUIA cadets became silver medalists of the “Relay of Generations”

On the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, twenty teams of higher education institutions from Khmelnytskyi region took part in the 4x100 meter relay race. The athletics team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took the second place in the team competition.

Volodymyr Plotytsia, Deputy Head of the 2nd Department of the Unit for Combating Drug Crimes of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, together with Mykhailo Zavalnyi, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure, conducted a class for freshmen of the ERI #2 on “Administrative Offenses in the Field of Public Health.”

It was conducted by Nataliia Todorovska, Senior Criminalist Specialist of the Criminalistics Department of the Investigation Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, and Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the ERI #3. They discussed topical issues of distinguishing administrative offenses from criminal offenses.

Applicants for higher education of the ERI №3 attended the presentation of the book “Courage to Live”

Nataliia Andriichuk, a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, a practical psychologist and mediator, is the author of the book “Courage to Live”. She also created 650 episodes of the social program “Accents”. Her documentary film “To the Dead, the Living, and the Unborn...” about the Holodomor of 1932-1933 was included in the Golden Fund of Vinnytsia State Television.

Psychological support for military and war victims

A binary lesson on the discipline “Professional and Psychological Training of a Police Officer” with applicants for higher education at the ERI #2 was conducted by Oleksandra Ponomarenko, a psychologist of the Psychological Support Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region, and Pavlo Chervonyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy.

Participation in the online course “Women, Peace, Security”

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure, PhD in Law, Professor, took part in an online course developed by the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) in partnership with the EdEra online education studio and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

On the eve of the UN Future Summit, the NORRAG Global Education Center (Geneva, Switzerland) publishes a collection of materials from around the world on youth participation in the governance of the United Nations at the national or local levels. On the initiative of Oksana Tsukan, Assistant Rector on Gender Issues, students Oksana Sobko, Anna Dzhus, and Olena Zhuravska prepared their own essays in English for the international collection.

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the ERI No. 3, Candidate of Law, Professor, took part in online training courses on the disciplines “Anti-Corruption and Integrity” and “Basics of Anti-Corruption for Everyone” organized by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

Sports competitions in KhNUIA

On the International Student Sports Day, students of the Educational and Research Institutes №№ 1-5 competed in various sports: kettlebell relay, football and basketball. During the competition, the struggle between the teams was emotional, intense and persistent. The players demonstrated team spirit, will to win and spent time with health benefits.
