Today, August 23, on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, the largest flag of the city and region was raised on the Castle Hill in Vinnytsia. Representatives of the university's ceremonial team took part in the festivities.
On the eve of the National Flag Day and Independence Day of Ukraine, the Vice-Rector met with the freshmen of the camp training, cadets of the educational and research institutes of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
From September 17 to 21, 2024, the All-Ukrainian training "Dzhura - Police Officer" will be held for young people aged 15 to 18. The event is being implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Department of Youth and Sports of Kirovohrad Regional State Administration together with Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Kirovohrad Regional Center for Tourism and Local History of Student Youth.
During the camp for freshmen, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held a video lecture "History and Traditions of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs". Cadets from remote locations of the university joined the event online.
The curators of the educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, Valentyna Lavrusenko, Maria Artiukhova and Andrii Prokhorov, held a series of lectures on the topic "National Symbols of Ukraine" for the students of the Faculties No. 1-4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Natalia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Sociology of the Faculty No. 3, has successfully completed the advanced training course "Fundamentals of CBT" and received the specialization "CBT counselor".
The Ukrainian Sambo Championship among juniors, senior boys and girls, and cadets (sports and combat sambo, rank III) took place in Chernivtsi, where university cadets took part and won prizes.
