A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on "Gender, Migration and Digitalization" (on the example of the Jean Monnet Program) was held by Oksana Tsukan, Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues.
The Wushu Cup of Ukraine (Sanshou, III rank) was held in Odesa, in which Anton Chernikov, a specialist of the Faculty No. 3, took part and won the first place in the weight category up to 75 kg. The athlete was trained for the competition by senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3, Police Captain Dmytro Konstantynov.
Olha Medvedieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3, together with the Head of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of the Prevention Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, started a series of binary classes for 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Psychology of Juvenile Delinquency".
The Dean of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Hennadii Zvirianskyi together with the Senior Inspector of the Personnel Sector of Uman District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Cherkasy Region held career guidance activities in general secondary education institutions in Uman and Khrystynivka, Cherkasy Region.
Curatorial work continues at the university's faculties. Kateryna Chyshko, curator, Associate Professor of the Department of Police Activities and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, held a preventive conversation with her group about the need for a healthy lifestyle and the harmful effects of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products on the body.
For a year now, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has been training future police officers in Vinnytsia. The institution has temporarily changed its location due to the outbreak of full-scale war, and its faculties are located in different Ukrainian cities: Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Sumy, and Kremenchuk.
Representatives of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 continue to provide psychological assistance to people in need on a voluntary basis. Head of the Department Olena Fedorenko and Professor Svitlana Kharchenko conducted diagnostic work and provided advice to military personnel on overcoming negative psycho-emotional states that are the result of traumatic situations.
Representatives of KhNUIA - Oleksandra Riabko, a specialist of the Department of Recruitment and Organization of Career Guidance, and Pavlo Chervonyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, held an online career guidance meeting with graduates of Lyceum No. 12 in Vinnytsia.
The Faculty No. 3 (Preventive Activities) trains bachelors and masters in full-time education in the specialties "Law Enforcement" and "Psychology".
