On the occasion of the World Writer's Day, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work for Higher Education Applicants of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized a meeting with Vinnytsia writer, local historian and journalist Oleksandr Dmytruk.

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducts active career orientation work among students of schools, lyceums, colleges, talking about the university, faculties and specialties for which specialists are trained. Training is carried out with the maximum use of the modern material and technical base and developed infrastructure of the university.

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum on cooperation between Vinnytsia regional cultural institutions and Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a visit by students of higher education of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 to a concert of Vinnytsia Symphony Orchestra.

Rector of the university Valerii Sokurenko held an online meeting with cadets of all faculties of graduation courses. He provided the audience with information about the changes that have taken place in the schedules of the educational process and in the terms of internship at the position. The general called on young people to responsibly prepare for the defense of internship materials and further final examinations.

To the anniversary of the beginning of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the cadets of the 2nd-3rd years of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, on behalf of the staff, cadets and students of the university, honored the bright memory of the defenders of the Motherland, who died while performing combat missions to protect the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

On the occasion of the Day of Resistance to the Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held a video lecture "On the History of Ukrainian Crimea" for students of higher education at all locations and structural divisions of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

First-year psychology cadets of the Faculty No. 3, together with the curator of the group, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Natalia Miloradova, honored the memory of the defenders of Ukraine by visiting the commemorative composition dedicated to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred "Freedom Tree".

Cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the WAKO kickboxing open championship of the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Among the competition participants, university cadets won prizes.

To the anniversary of the beginning of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the curator of study group 105 of the Faculty No. 3, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Natalia Miloradova, held a curatorial hour. At the beginning of the meeting, all participants honored the memory of those died during the armed aggression with a moment of silence.

Vice-rectors of the university, Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk and Anatolii Klochko, held a meeting with junior commanders of the university cadet units. Issues related to the performance of assigned duties, compliance with the law, official discipline, requirements of the Oath of a police officer, statutes, orders, norms of morality, professional and official ethics were discussed.
