Open lecture on "General provisions on road accidents"

On January 27 at 08.00 a.m. in the lecture hall № 2 for first year cadets of faculties №№ 2-4 Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty № 1, Candidate of Law, Police Lieutenant Colonel Vasyl Kornienko will hold an open lecture on "General provisions on road accidents".

Lecturers of KhNUIA take part in the implementation of the academic mobility program

Within the pilot project on the implementation of the academic mobility program between higher education institutions belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, representatives of the scientific and pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs – Associate Professor of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2, Police Lt. Col. Olena Chornous and Associate Professor of the Department of Combating Cybercrime of the Faculty № 4 Petro Klimushyn are undertaking an internship at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs.

Cadets visited Kharkiv Historical Museum named after M.F. Sumtsov to the Day of Unity of Ukraine

Cadets of the study group 401 of the Faculty № 4 together with the curators – Larysa Varunts and Nataliia Filipska visited Kharkiv Historical Museum named after M.F. Sumtsov. Cadets were also interviewed at the Independence Monument in Constitution Square. 

Video lectures on the occasion of the Day of Unity of Ukraine

On the eve of the Day of Unity of Ukraine, thematic video lectures were held for cadets and first-year students of faculties № 1-4, 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. At the invitation of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, the event was conducted by Oleksii Kurtov, a researcher at Kharkiv Historical Museum.

Cadets of faculties № 1-4 and students of Faculty № 6 visited the book-illustrative exposition "Only one Ukraine in the world", prepared by specialists of Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the Day of Unity of Ukraine.

For the national holiday of the Day of Unity of Ukraine, which is celebrated annually on January 22, Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted historical video tours for first-year students of faculties 1-4 on national and patriotic orientation “Conciliarity in souls, unity in hearts”.

In Zaporizhzhia students were told how to combat bullying

Conversation on "Combating Bullying and Crime among Youth. Popularization of Physical Culture and Sports as a Means of Combating Bullying” with students of Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium № 46 was conducted by Oleksandr Babych, Head of the Cadet and Student Self-Government, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 4 (Cyber Police) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

During winter holidays, cadets of 1–4 years of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited more than 160 secondary schools in different residential areas of Ukraine, where they studied before entering Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

University cadets gain practical experience

Denys Hryshchenko, Lieutenant Colonel of Police, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Combating Cybercrime of Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, inspected the internship of 3rd-year cadets of the Faculty №4 in the territorial subdivision assigned to them – Unit for Combating Cybercrime in Kharkiv Region of the Cyberpolice Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
