In order to ensure proper conditions for the provision of educational services using the resources of the information and telecommunication system "Educational and Scientific Portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" and to ensure a unified approach to the placement of teaching materials on a copy of the software "MIA: Osvita" by higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine representatives of  Educational and Methodical Department held an instructive meeting using the Zoom video tools with the responsible persons from Faculties №№ 1-4, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College,

On the occasion of the memorable date, August 29, for the first-year cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are undergoing combat training, a screening of the feature film "Ilovaisk 2014. Donbass Battalion" was organized.

Sports competitions, in which freshmen of the university took part, were dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine. At each faculty of the university, boys and girls competed in running at different distances, weightlifting, pull-ups on the crossbar, flexion and extension of the arms while lying down, tug of war, and played football and volleyball.

Today, Kharkiv Police University opened its doors to applicants who came to study from all over our country. The leadership and personally the Rector, Police General of the 3-rd rank Valerii Sokurenko made a lot of efforts to ensure that the campaign was conducted objectively, clearly, in a coordinated manner, on the basis of democracy, transparency, and openness, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

Head of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Faculty No.6 Yurii Zhornokui and Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of Faculty No.4 Sviatoslav Slipchenko took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Subjects of Civil Law and Legal System Reform" dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor Farhad Karahusov. The conference
was held by Higher School of Law “Adilet” of Caspian University, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The current Constitution of Ukraine has passed a difficult path of formation and development, evolving in the context of the genesis of domestic Constitutional Law.  It became the pinnacle, the most significant achievement of Ukrainian theory and practice of constitutionalism.

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in swimming competitions, which took place in Kharkiv. According to the results of the performance, the 4th year cadet of the Faculty No. 4 Serhii Blanutsa took the first place in the distance of 500 m.

Vasyl Korniienko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and First Aid Training of Faculty № 1, invited the senior investigator of the Investigation Department of the Serious Crimes Investigation Department of the Investigative Department of MD of the National Police in Zaporizka district, senior police lieutenant Ivan Romanchuk to conduct a practical criminology class with cadets of Group 301, Faculty№ 4.

The second year cadet of Faculty № 4 Stanislav Plisko took part in the taekwondo competition "European Games", which took place in Sofia (the Republic of Bulgaria). In the first fight our athlete won by knockout of an opponent from Slovakia, in the second fight he lost with a score of 15/16 to an opponent from Serbia.

Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 1 of KhNUIA, Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk conducted a binary lesson for cadets of the Faculty № 4 on the subject "Administrative Law" on the topic "General characteristics of Special Administrative Law. Distinguishing administrative misdemeanors from criminal misdemeanors".
