Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Khmelnytskyi region held celebrations on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine. Employees and cadets of the University performed the National Anthem of Ukraine and observed a minute of silence in memory of the soldiers who died defending Ukraine, as well as civilians who became victims of Russian aggression.
The guarantors of educational and professional programs of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a working meeting with stakeholders - representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, organized by the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which took place in Kyiv.
The Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 held a meeting of the scientific club dedicated to the Constitution Day of Ukraine and held in a mixed mode: in person and remotely. The scientific event was attended by 1-3 year cadets of Faculties 1, 2, 3 and 4.
On the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized a series of walking tours "Pages of Ukrainian Statehood in the Historical Monuments of Kamianets-Podilskyi" for students of the Faculties 1 and 4.
Employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are constantly acquiring knowledge and skills in providing first aid according to the MARCHE algorithm under martial law. During the semester, classes were held for representatives of certified personnel, during which they practiced emergency medical care in the conditions of hostilities and other emergencies.
The university hosted sports competitions among the teams of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4, as well as students of the primary professional training courses for police officers of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KhNUIA in Kamianets-Podilskyi, held on the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine.
A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on "Actual problems of labor law in the research of young scientists and their impact on the development of legal awareness of citizens" was held by Professor of the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2 Yevhen Podorozhnii.
On the occasion of the Constitution Day of Ukraine, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized and held an information and educational hour "The Constitution of Ukraine and the Present" for cadets of the faculties No. 1 and No. 4 with the participation of the head of the NGO "Kamianets-Podilskyi Association of the Society "Prosvita" named after Taras Shevchenko", bard, artist and activist Slavko Poliatynchuk.
The Constitution Day of Ukraine is a talisman of statehood, a holiday when the rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens were approved. The curators of the first-year study groups of the Faculty No. 4 - Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Oleh Honcharuk, Senior Lecturer Larysa Sazanova and Lecturer of the same department Tetiana Kalchenko - held an educational hour "What do you know about the Constitution of Ukraine?", "The Constitution of Ukraine is the main law", "Constitutional duties of citizens of Ukraine".
Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 Andrii Voitsikhovskyi took part in the International Scientific and Practical Round Table "Retrospective of the Russian military aggression against Ukraine: crimes against peace, human security and international legal order in the modern dimension", Section 1 (A view of the Russian armed aggression against Ukraine in the context of International Humanitarian Law).
