The Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA held an online meeting of the scientific group, which was attended by representatives of the department Yulia Kirichenko, Daria Korobtsova and members of the scientific group studying in the specialties "Finance, Banking and Insurance", "Law Enforcement Activity".
Among the participants were 11 teams from seven universities in the eastern region of Ukraine. For 12 hours, they solved 35 complex tasks to find and exploit vulnerabilities in various areas, such as web application security, applied cryptography, steganography, digital forensics, and open source intelligence.
The meeting was devoted to the problematic issues of the legal mechanism for the regulation of civil relations. It was attended by students and representatives of the academic staff of the Department of the Faculty No. 6. During the discussion, the main attention was paid to a critical assessment of the ratio of imperative and dispositive regime of regulation of civil relations established in the legislation of Ukraine.
Police Captain Artem Lykhomanov, Senior Inspector of the Public Relations Department of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv Region, and Yuliia Mytrofanova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 6, conducted a binary class for students of the Faculty No. 6 in the discipline of Criminal Law.
Acting Head of the Laboratory for Research of Information Technology Objects of the Research Center for Forensic Examination in the Field of Information Technology and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, forensic expert Tetiana Bykova, Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA Oleksandr Mozhaiev and Associate Professor of the same department Volodymyr Tulupov conducted a binary lesson on Digital Signal Processing for 2nd year students majoring in Cybersecurity of the Faculty № 6.

The judges of the judicial chambers on civil cases of the courts of appeal listened to a lecture on "Modern trends in disputes on invalidation of wills", delivered by Oleksandr Kukhariev, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor.
A graduate of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yaroslav Mykhailov (born in 1997) was killed in the line of duty, defending Ukraine from the Russian aggressor near the city of Bakhmut. He served as a member of the Joint Assault Brigade of the National Police of Ukraine "Liut".
Yuliia Mytrofanova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6, visited the Municipal Institution "Kharkiv Lyceum № 151 of Kharkiv City Council".
