Inna Savina, a specialist of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA, joined an online seminar organised by the National Contact Point of the Horizon Europe Programme (NCP), which operates on the basis of the Centre for Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The intercultural exchange united the student youth of the two countries and provided an opportunity to expand and strengthen friendly ties, deepen and further develop relations between Ukraine and Lithuania. The event included visits to a number of Ukrainian cities.

Alona Muzychuk, specialist of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA, joined the presentation of the key findings from the Shadow Report on Chapter 23 ‘Justice and Fundamental Rights’ and the final Second EU-Ukraine Bilateral Session. The event was organised by the Agency for Legislative Initiatives.
This was the topic of a two-day training for the management of the National Police of Ukraine conducted by EUAM Ukraine, in particular Gender Adviser Anette Schwitzke, Police Adviser Georgina Magnussen and Human Rights Training Expert Yuliia Petrova, with the participation of trainer from the JurFem company, lawyer Marta Pavlyshyn.
Olha Hetmanets, Head of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security at the ERI No. 5, took an online course on International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights on the HELP platform. International project manager Olha Kostenko presented the course in detail and noted that it allows for a deeper understanding of the application of international law in armed conflict.
The topic of the round table was ‘Corruption risks in the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ways to prevent and combat corruption’. The event was opened by Anatolii Fodchuk, Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, and Oleksandr Muzychuk, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor.
With the assistance of the Department of International Cooperation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and thanks to the support of Suzanne Bancel, Senior Advisor on Internationalisation at the Norwegian Police University College, the College's library staff compiled and shared with Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs a list of open access journals and databases for use in research activities.
