Cooperation between KhNUIA and EUAM continues

The representative of the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, Head of the International Crimes Investigation Unit, Michal Vyvoda (Czech Republic) and EUAM Legal Adviser Oleksandr Ishchenko paid a working visit to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Representatives of KhNUIA took part in a three-day training session. The event was organized by the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine in cooperation with Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs for representatives of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, associate professors of the same department Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, senior lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in the international online webinar "Shake up Shakespeare" organized by Collins and dedicated to Shakespeare Day.

Working visit of the representative of KhNUIA to Riga, Latvia

Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, at the invitation of the Rector of the National Defense Academy of Latvia, Colonel Maris Utinans, gave lectures for representatives of the law enforcement system - investigators, judges, prosecutors, experts of Latvia.

Training for police officers

Nataliia Filipska, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty № 4, conducted a two-day training for police officers of the Preventive Sector of the Main Department of the National Police in Mykolaiv and Poltava regions on the topic "Protection of the Rights and Legal Interests of People with Disabilities in Police Activities and Ethics of Communication with Them."

Participation in the International Conference

The Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty  № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Professor Mykhailo Shcherbakovskyi took part in the International Conference "Topical Issues of Forensic Science and Criminalistics", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the famous scientist in the field of forensic science and criminalistics M. S. Romanov.

University representatives took part in a webinar on postdoctoral education in the EU

Representatives of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA - Tetiana Matiushkova, Natalia Sadova, Nadiia Serhiienko, Alona Muzychuk, Inna Savina and Svitlana Vechirko - attended a webinar on applying for a scholarship in the thematic area "Advanced Science" - Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.

Nadiia Serhiienko, a specialist of the International Cooperation Department, representative of the Equal Opportunities team of KhNUIA, took part in the training "Discrimination. Signs, Types, Causes and Mechanisms of Protection", which was made possible by the partnership of the International Organization for Freedom House in Ukraine, NGO "Kyiv Educational Center "Space of Tolerance".
