Тренінговий курс у Литовській Республіці

 This project is coordinated by International Youth to Youth Initiative (Y2Y) organization from Lithuania in partnership with Actions for Change organization from Romania, Positive Youth from Sweden, Culture Clash 4U from The Netherlands, ReCreativity from Hungary, Young Agents of Change from Ukraine.

 We are inviting 30 leaders from Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine and the Netherlands to see how we can bring the aspect of personal development into our impact work and what we can learn from nature, which we can implement in our change making journeys.

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
● Fluent in English;
● Age: from 18 years - there is no age limit
● Working, have experience or are interested in working with social and professional inclusion, career development, career guidance, social entrepreneurship and/or digital technologies fields
● People who are interested in exploring how one can incorporate personal development tools into their change-making journeys
● Interested in connecting with nature, learning from nature and discovering various lessons, which nature can teach us and make our impact work more innovative
● Ready to commit to the project 1 months before and 1 month after the training course
● Experienced in non-formal education field and interested in implementing educational activities by themselves or want to gain new skills and knowledge on the topic;
