- Understand and have a plan to improve the power dynamics in your organization
- How power is related to conflict
- Understand better the dynamics that organizes racism, sexism, classism, lgtbfobia, and all the exclusion to minorized groups
- Understand better the human relationships
- A new approach to facilitate.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE:
- Young people aged 20 to 30
- Part of an organization and you have where to implement the learning Interested in learning more about your personal power dynamics
- Interested in learning more about the power dynamics
- Coordinating a working team
- Dealing with a group of youth people
