Про тренінг : Projects are by far one of the most popular ways in which NGOs of the 21st century engage with their target groups. This is visible not only in the amounts of European grants spent on financing both local and international initiatives, but more so in the number of people positively affected by the different ventures launched (e.g. mini projects, partnerships, transnational start-ups, initiatives, etc.). As such, our organisation " Club Deportivo La Paz" itself is one of those NGOs that started fairly small, but in no time turned local projects into major international initiatives, gaining both expertise and sound knowledge of the project world. As a result, we have grown in our human and organisational capacity and now assist fellow organisations across the NGO from programme and partner countrires in further developing their own potential. One issue has come to light in our work with other NGOs being a lack of knowledge and necessary capacity for these NGOs to turn projects into reality. We noticed that the overall quality of projects offered declined in both in their organisational and learning aspects. Those attending were often left disappointed and discouraged to engage further in similar opportunities. This relates equally to young people in the youth exchanges, volunteers in ESC placements as well as youth workers in training and networking activities.

"Project Lab: From Idea to Action" has been developed with the aim of empowering participants. Our goal is to provide a solid learning experience imparting crucial knowledge to allow these participants to feel confident and equipped with the right skills to manage high quality projects. To accomplish this, the following objectives have been set :
- Project Management training with a focus on both organisational and the human resources aspects of projects
- Discovering the potential of the Erasmus+ Programme in creating quality and value-based learning mobilities for young people and youth workers.
- Advocating European cooperation in the youth field and supporting the development of sustainable partnerships for the future joint projects between organisations coming from European organisations and neighboring regions
- Providing partners, the opportunity to share best practice and useful tools contributing to implementation of quality youth projects

Учасники:
- Наявність residence permit в країні Європи - ВАЖЛИВО!!!
- Молодіжні працівники, викладачі, вихователі, фасилітатори та молодіжні лідери 18+;
- Зі знанням англійської мови;

Проект фінансується програмою Erasmus+, яка покриває:
- 100% витрат на харчування, проживання;
- 100% проїзду до місця проведення і назад (якщо витрати не перевищують ліміт 530 євро + 40 євро на візові витрати).

Благодійний внесок за проект - 600 грн (після того, як Вас затвердили організатори)
