The international online championship "Prague Open Cup-2020" in karate took place. Among the participants of the championship were the representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. A third-year cadet Anastasiia Pustovit won the third place.

On the eve of the celebration of the Day of Ukrainian Literature and Language and on the occasion of the opening of the XI Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition and
the XXI Petro Jacyk International Ukrainian Language Competition the round table meeting "Language legislation and Language Policy in Ukraine".in the format of Zoom-conference took place in Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs". Valentina Vasylenko, Professor of the Department of Humanities, was the speaker of the event.

On the Day of Ukrainian Literature and Language, which our country traditionally celebrates on November 9, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6 held a number of events, namely: participation in a scientific conference, webinar and radio dictation.

The cadets, students and staff of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the jubilee language flashmob having written a radio dictation of national unity. The author of the text of the radio dictation this year is a well-known writer in Ukraine and abroad, a winner of Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine Ivan Malkovych.

The Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs starts to use the lecture courses of Volodymyr Shulha, a researcher on international communications, guest speaker of Ukrainian and foreign educational institutions, in the educational process.

The first stage of the 21-th Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the Day of Ukrainian Literature and Language.

Polina Suslova, Anton Udovikov, Nikita Suvorov, the first-year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are members of the Center for Social Projects of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty No. 1, participated in the search training for a missing person “Find a person, save a life”.

Yurii Zhornokui, Head of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty No. 6, Oleksandr Kukhariev, Professor of the same Department and Sviatoslav Slipchenko, Professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 took an active part in the online event Matvieievski Civilistic Readings "Trust and Trust-Like structures: Globalization and Prospects".

This year, the final stage of the best scientific, scientific and technical, and career guidance products annual competition in the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, territorial bodies, institutions, establishments and enterprises under the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was held at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.

Oleksii Shumilo, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty No. 6 took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference “Actual problems of the impact of the armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine on the emergence and spread of gender-based violence and access to justice”.
