Usually, the trees become covered with pale pink flowers in late April, but this year due to unfavorable weather conditions, sakura trees came into lush pink flowers later. Yurii Oleksiiovych Prokopenko, the former head of the medical service of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (1995-2008), Candidate of Medical Sciences, Police Colonel, passed away.
