Representatives of the staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are always interested in the history of Ukraine and its glorious cities. The trade union committee of the university, led by the head of the trade union Vladyslav Neviadovskyi, seeking to support the staff - members of the Trade Union of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, to give them new impressions and positive emotions - organized an excursion trip to the Maliievetskyi Regional Historical and Cultural Museum and the historical city of Kamianets-Podilskyi.

Assistant Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty No. 4 Oleh Honcharuk, as a curator, held a regular meeting with the cadets of his group of the Faculty No. 4. The historical prerequisites for the emergence of the national holiday of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, which coincides with other important days for Ukrainians - the Intercession of the Holy Mother of God and the Day of the Cossacks, were discussed.

Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of Faculty the No. 6, Doctor of Philosophy, Volodymyr Shapoval, took part in the International Scientific Conference "XXX Kharkiv Skovorodynivski Readings "Traveller of the Three Worlds Hryhorii Skovoroda: Skovoroda's work in the context of world philosophy; to the 300th anniversary of his birth", which took place online.

Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4 Valentyna Pochuieva took part in a number of online trainings from "Internal Education" LLC: "Linguistic and regional aspects of teaching English in primary school according to the principles of the reform of the New Ukrainian School with the guide Across Ukraine", "Powerful exam preparation in new generation of authentic Pearson resources: NMK Formula", "Interactive online teacher's cabinet as a tool for effective teaching of English offline and online".

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the open WAKO kickboxing tournament "UMA Kickboxing Open 2022", which took place on October 8, 2022 in the city of Ternopil.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a sports holiday dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks. Cadets of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 took part in the competition.

Cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in a sports festival: athletics, kettlebell and table tennis competitions.

Cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited an exhibition of the creative work of 30 artists, including: freelance artists, members of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, and teaching artists. The exhibition features 70 works - paintings made with oil, acrylic, watercolor paints and dry and oil pastels, graphics, sculpture, carving, weaving and installation.

For every freshman who has chosen the profession of a policeman, studying begins with training camp. This is the first and difficult step in the profession, but extremely necessary and useful. 

On the occasion of Lawyer's Day, students of higher education of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated online in an informational, educational and career orientation meeting on the topic "Know the law, serve the law, protect the law". The event took place in Khmelnytskyi regional universal scientific library for students of educational complex No. 10 in the city of Khmelnytskyi.
