Ukraine marks the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language on November 9. Also, it is a day of commemoration of the Reverend Nestor the Chronicler – a monk of the Kyiv-Pechersk Monastery, the first Old East Slavic writer, a follower of the creators of Slavic writing Kyrylo and Mefodii. Nestor the Chronicler is traditionally considered one of the authors of “The Tale of Bygone Years”.

A new director, Ruslan Yakovliev, has been introduced at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. He is a graduate of Kremenchuk Flight College, later he graduated from Kirovohrad State Flight Academy, he has a qualification of the first-class military pilot, and he served in the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine. He retired as the commander of this unit. He is a participant in an anti-terrorist operation and he has the awards.
