Webinars in English for higher education applicants, researchers and academic staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College, were conducted weekly with consecutive translations into Ukrainian by the EUAM Field Office in Kharkiv during September and October.

The project is based on the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025, which envisions the creation of Europe as a place where both women and men are equal, where diversity is a recognized asset for the economy and society. However, an effective mechanism for strategy implementation to eliminate gender inequality and implement non-discriminatory practices has not been developed yet.

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, Police Colonel took part in a series of online webinars on “Reference Manager End Not: quick registration of publications without errors”, “Opportunities of Clarivate resources for a successful grant application”, which were supported by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Research and Practice Seminar on “Peculiarities of the organization of canine activities of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine” took place in the online mood in Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Representatives of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3 took an active part in its preparation and holding.

Nataliia Duravkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Studies of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs participated in a webinar hosted by Maryna Nazarovets, the official trainer of Elsevier, the Chief Librarian of M. Maksymovych Scientific Library of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Liudmyla Chyzhova, the Lecturer of the cycle commission of philological disciplines of  Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the webinar “The Unicheck educational community”. The webinar was held as part of the experience exchange project in the digitalization of education “The Unicheck educational community” with the participation of speakers from leading educational institutions of Kharkiv.

Representatives of the cycle commission of economics and management of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Olena Tsymbalistova, the Head of the cycle commission, the Candidate of Economic Sciences, Maryna Kharchenko, the Lecturer, the Candidate of Economic Sciences and Olena Chernikhova, the Lecturer took part in the 18-th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of training of professional personnel in logistics under the conditions of the global competitive environment”.

The event was organized by the Office of the Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).

Nataliia Horobets, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines and Yana Sadykova, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines participated in the 14-th online forum on Corporate Law, organized by the Employee association in Ukraine. This annual forum is a platform for professional discussion and exchanging of thoughts between leading experts and authorities.

Primary police training courses for the specialization “Special Police” (qualification “Security Police”) have started at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. 30 police officers of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region, who were first assigned to the police service, were enrolled in training.
