
The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs achieved 5-th place in the world ranking at “Hack The Box” internet platform, dedicated for practical skills training concerning penetration testing for different network node types in special virtual media.

It was announced by the Deputy of Interior Minister Tetiana Kovalchuk during the conference on human security in the online space "International Conference Safe Online 2020: Modern Challenges".

Researcher of the Research Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Oleksandr Bazyk took an online course on “Combating and preventing bullying (harassment) in educational institutions”.

Natalia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Psychology, Associate Professor, took part in a working meeting on the development of an online resource of educational materials on combating domestic and gender-based violence for lecturers of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and instructors of training centers of the National Police of Ukraine.

Ihor Chornyi, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2, Doctor of Philology, Professor, completed remotely an online course "Effective Use of Online Resources for Teaching History" on the UMITY.UKR web platform and received the corresponding certificate.

Employees of the Research Laboratory on the Issues of Police Activity Ensuring with the help of the project “VUM online” successfully completed online courses: “Formation of social behavior of people with disabilities in critical situations”; “Academic integrity at the university”; “Fight against corruption in public procurement”.

The General Library of the University was visited by the staff of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty No. 6 under the leadership of Olha Hetmanets.

Maryna Petchenko, the Candidate of Economic Sciences, the Head of the Science Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, in remote mode took part in an online webinar on the topic “Essential Science Indicators” from Clarivate Analytics.

Nataliia Yelnikova, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, received a certificate from the course “Critical Thinking for Educators”, which took place on the platform of mass open online courses Prometheus.

Winter frosts, that covered the whole Ukraine, added serious problems to the elderly and lonely people, who once again can not leave the house, buy food or medicine. The cadets of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, who come to the rescue in difficult situations, did not stay aside that time either.
