Cadets of the 1st-3rd courses of the ERI No. 2, who study in the educational and professional programs 081 "Law" (pre-trial investigation), 071 "Accounting and Taxation" (accounting analytics) and 262 "Law Enforcement Activities" (criminal police), have begun passing the Rector's quality control of training.

On the initiative of Oksana BRUSAKOVA, Director of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, and the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA Technologies, the "Cyber ​​Researcher" cybersecurity Olympiad for secondary school and pre-higher vocational education students was held from March 17 to 23 of this year. 87 students from different regions of Ukraine took part in it.

The event, dedicated to studying the main provisions of anti-corruption legislation, rules of ethical behavior and compliance with anti-corruption standards, was organized for employees of territorial bodies, institutions and organizations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsia, Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

Higher education students of KhNUIA attended an information hour "NATO's strategic adaptation to new security challenges: options for Ukraine". The event was prepared by the regional information center on Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine of Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library named after V. Otamanovskyi.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA conducted a lesson on the discipline "Forensic Science" for students of the ERI No. 5. The event was attended by the chief forensic expert of the weapons research sector of Kharkiv Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kostiantyn ANDRONOV.

The Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, consisting of the Head of practice Natalia HRESA, the Chairmen of the commission - Head of the Department Olena YEVDOKIMOVA, and commission members Volodymyr FILONENKO and Olena MOKHOREVA, held a defense of the materials of pedagogical practice of education seekers.

The event was chaired by the Rector of the university, Valerii SOKURENKO, with the participation of Rectors of previous years, members of the Academic Council, Oleksandr BANDURKA and Serhii HUSAROV, and Deputy Head of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia Region, Volodymyr OLEKSIUK.

Professor of the Department of Counteracting Cybercrime of the ERI No. 4 Vitalii NOSOV conducted a lesson for 3rd year cadets of the specialty "Cybersecurity and Information Protection" within the framework of studying the discipline "Cybersecurity". The event was held with the participation of the Deputy Head of the 4th Department - Head of the 2nd Department of the Cyber ​​Police Department Vitalii KUZMENKO.

One of such initiatives was participation in the information campaign of the "Gate" project, the purpose of which is to counteract fraudulent schemes and raise citizens' awareness of current cyber threats. In particular, the leader of the "Media Chernivtsi" project, Maksym SITALO, successfully manages the "Media of Resistance" initiatives aimed at identifying administrators of hostile media communities.

As part of studying the discipline "Legal Principles of Corruption Prevention", students of the ERI No. 5, together with the professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Activity of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena SYNIAVSKA, participated in the training "Basic Provisions of Anti-Corruption Legislation".
