The 4th year students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3, majoring in Psychology, defended their internship materials using a police quest. For ten weeks, the students worked as psychologists in police departments.

Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Activities of the ERI No. 3 Natalia HRIDINA, together with the community police officer of the community interaction sector of the Main Police Department in Sumy region Dmytro MYROSHNYK, conducted a lesson with first-year cadets of the ERI No. 2.

On April 25, 2025, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Digital Transformation of Rights: EU and Ukraine” will be held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organized by the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1. 

Practical psychologist, senior instructor of the charity project "Peaks of Hope" Maria KULIKOVA and associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Yulia TVERDOKHVALOVA and Alla SHYLINA, within the disciplines "Psychodiagnostics" and "Psychology of Deviant Adolescents", held a lesson dedicated to the peculiarities of working with adolescents.

Future police officers of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited the city art gallery, where they viewed a photo exhibition dedicated to the 9th anniversary of Kremenchuk patrol police battalion. The exhibition had not only informational, but also significant social value.

With the assistance of the Heads of the education departments of Novobavarskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv, employees of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 held a career orientation meeting, which was attended by more than 190 lyceum graduates and their parents.

A regular meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertise of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA was held on this topic. The Head of the group, Associate Professor of the Department Svitlana LOZOVA, held an information session for students on mine safety.

On the initiative of Yulia TATARKINA, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, representatives of the department held an online career guidance meeting with high school students. Associate professor of the department Vladyslav KUNDEUS and senior lecturer Yulia MYTROFANOVA told the lyceum students about Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

According to the results of the elections held online, the newly elected Head of the Student-Cadets Parliament was 1st year cadet Kirill SYDORENKO, for whom 88.3% of applicants voted. The turnout in the elections was 67%.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Yulia INSHEKOVA visited Kruhlytskyi educational complex "General Educational Institution of I-III Degrees - Preschool Educational Institution" and held a career guidance conversation with graduates.
