The 2nd year cadets of the specialization "Law Enforcement" (Police) and "Psychology" (Juvenile Prevention Psychologist) defended their practice materials using quest elements. The commission consisted of scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of KhNUIA.
With the participation of Olesia Arseni, an employee of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, and Yulia Tatarkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6, a binary class was held for students.
The students of the Faculty No. 6, pupils of secondary schools of Kharkiv and members of the Federation of Military and Sports All-Around of Kharkiv Region united in a patriotic action to show that Ukrainian youth today is united as never before and is ready to defend its independence and its future against all odds.
Investigator of the Investigation Department of Kryvyi Rih District Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Dnipro Region, Senior Lieutenant Maryna Halaichenko, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk, conducted a binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the Faculty No. 3 on the discipline "Proceedings on Citizens' Appeals in the Activities of Preventive Activities Units".
The Vice-Rector of the University talked to the lecturers and instructors of the Driving School, who told about the peculiarities of conducting classes and preparing students for exams. He also visited specialized classrooms where students practice their primary driving skills and overcome conventional obstacles using computer simulators that are maximally adapted for people with disabilities.
The participants of the campaign made "valentines" for our defenders, which were sent to the soldiers in Kharkiv, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia directions. The campaign was organized by the Youth Council under the Mayor of Kamianets-Podilskyi and the Charitable Foundation "Center for Assistance to Kamianets-Podilskyi ATO Participants".
For the first-year cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a training on "Nonviolent Communication" was organized and conducted with the participation of the NGO "League of Modern Women".
Specialists of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA Nadiia Serhiienko, Alona Muzychuk, Inna Savina and Svitlana Vechirko attended another international online webinar in a series of events held by the International Center for the Study, Prevention and Treatment of Inherited Generational Trauma in cooperation with the Sunflowers Project.
Kateryna Skrynnikova, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty № 6, met with students of the curatorial group. The meeting was dedicated to the Day of Unity, which is celebrated annually on February 16. The lecturer emphasized that the idea of this holiday is to show the whole world the unity of the Ukrainian people.
Tetiana Ponomarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in a lecture "International Patent System: Patenting Process and Requirements" by Oleksandr Akhiieser, a partner at Foley Hoag LLP (Boston, Massachusetts, USA), who is included in The Best Lawyers in America, Doctor of Law.
