"Today, changes are taking place not only in the National Police. Reforms are ongoing in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, service centers, and the entire leadership of the National Guard has been replaced. On September 28, 2023, Leonid Dmytrovych Chernetskyi, a veteran of the internal affairs agencies, a senior executive, and a man of great heart and soul, would have turned 80 years old. His memory still lives on in the hearts of many people who knew and respected him.
