The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs who took part in the joint special border operation "West-2023" launched by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine received awards.

Faculties 1 and 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, with the assistance of Eduard Verbytskyi, Senior Inspector of the Juvenile Police Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department, organized and held an open day for students of grades 9-11 of Kitahorod community of Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region.

Volunteer cadets of the 2nd year of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are constantly involved in weaving camouflage nets at the Motorized Hive volunteer center. The young people have learned various weaving techniques and are creative in their approach to the task.

Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana Orlova completed a course of tactical and special training in providing first aid and emergency medical care in combat and other emergency situations, which was held at Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University.

Within the framework of cooperation between the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 and the Juvenile Prevention Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia Region, a meeting was held between 1-3 year cadets majoring in Psychology and the Head of the Juvenile Prevention Department Inna Mykhailovska and the inspector of the same department Tetiana Bozhko.

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, conducted a binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the Faculty No. 3 on the topic "Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine as subjects of administrative jurisdiction" within the discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative Jurisdictional Activity".

Under the chairmanship of Oleksandr Radchenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, with the participation of the academic staff of the department and members of the scientific group, the final meeting of the scientific group was held.

The 1st year cadets of Sumy branch Anhelina Pravdiuk and Victoriia Yarova became participants of the youth poetry evening organized by the community "Sumy of the Future", which took place at the new art location "Pohrib". More than two dozen Sumy poets shared a piece of their souls.

Oksana Melnychuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, held a career guidance meeting with students of the primary vocational training courses of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of KhNUIA in Khmelnytskyi region.

Representatives of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited Sumy National Theater of Drama and Musical Comedy named after Mykhailo Shchepkin, where they watched the premiere of the concert-cinematic "Popcorn" directed by Vladyslav Pysarev.
