In the II All-Ukrainian boxing tournament among youth and women dedicated to the memory of Ruslan Oglu, international master of sports, first-year student Violetta Bilokon, who is studying Law, won a gold medal and became a candidate for master of sports.

Oleksandr Kirilov, a combatant and resident of Havrylivtsi village, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, completed the theoretical course at the driving school for people with disabilities of KhNUIA. He was born in Kirovohrad region, and in 2015 he went to serve as a volunteer in the ATO zone.

Associate professors of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 Yana Ponomarenko and Alla Shylina discussed with students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 14 the actual aspects of the influence of the information space on the emotional state of a person.

Deputy Director Oleksandr Shlomin, Deputy Head of Course Mariana Sidletska and 2nd year cadet Vladyslav Kochyn introduced the peculiarities of the 2025 admission campaign, the conditions for admission to Kharkiv Police University, and told about the educational and research institutes and specialities.

The students of the ERI No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the student volunteers of the NGO ‘Student Self-Government of KhNUIA’ made a batch of trench candles for Ukrainian defenders. In one day, they processed 25 kg of paraffin wax and made 120 candles that will help the military protect themselves from the cold.

The members of the scientific group ‘Scientia vinces’ of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organisation of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Svitlana Danyliuk, Veronika Kolomiets, Anastasiia Onyshchenko, Viktoriia Pidhaina together with the Head of the Department Tetiana Fomina successfully completed a two-month online training course ‘Protection of Rights in the European Court of Human Rights’ on the Online Law School platform.

Nataliia Olendra, Senior Lecturer of the Language Training Department of KhNUIA, met with the graduating class of Netishyn Academic Lyceum of Netishyn City Council of Shepetivka District, Khmelnytskyi Region. Nataliia Olendra focused on the training of police officers in various specialities and areas at the university.

Oksana Bortnyk, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil, Labour and Commercial Law, and Kyrylo Cherevko, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, held a class on the peculiarities of the Commercial Code of Ukraine for the cadets of one of the groups of the ERI No. 1.
