Every year, from November 25 to December 10, the All-Ukrainian campaign "16 Days Against Violence" is held to draw attention to the problems of overcoming domestic violence, child abuse, combating human trafficking and protecting women's rights. As a sign of support, people around the world tie orange ribbons around their clothes. This is the official color of anti-violence, symbolizing a bright and free future. The teaching staff of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the students distributed booklets, leaflets and posters among the residents of Kharkiv region and the city of Kharkiv.
Higher education applicants of the Faculties 2 and 3 of KhNUIA took part in the information and educational event "Causes and Spiritual and Moral Consequences of the Holodomor in Ukraine" held in Vinnytsia Regional Scientific Universal Library named after V. Otamanovskyi.

A meeting with graduates of secondary schools No. 19 and No. 26 in Ternopil was held by Olha Melnychuk, a 2nd year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. She told the high school students about studying at the university, about the faculties and specialties that train future law enforcement officers.
