The defense of the materials of the internship of 4th year cadets studying in the specialty "Psychology" using the police quest "Counteracting domestic violence in war" took place. In accordance with the received plots, the cadets solved professionally oriented situations and tasks based on the knowledge and skills they acquired during their internship in juvenile prevention units.
After the final year cadets of the Faculties № 2 and 3 completed their internships, an instructional meeting was held on the eve of the defense of internship materials, distribution, and state certification. The event was attended by the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko, First Vice-Rector Oleksandr Morhunov, Vice-Rector Serhii Bortnyk, Head of the Internal Security Office in Vinnytsia Region of the Internal Security Department of the National Police of Ukraine Anton Vynokurov, Deans of the Faculties, academic staff involved in the examination commissions, and cadets.
On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the outstanding Ukrainian lawyer, publicist, founder, ideologist and leader of the independent Ukrainian movement of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized a round table discussion "The Role of Mykola Mikhnovskyi in the Formation of the Ukrainian State" for students of the Faculties №2 and №3.

A regular online meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA-technologies of the Faculty No. 6 was held, dedicated to the issues of student research. The head of the group, Associate Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA-technologies Volodymyr Tulupov and the group members considered the directions of research for the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Current issues of Modern Science in the Research of Young Scientists, Cadets and Students", which will be held in May at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs online.
Maria, a 1st year student of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, has been actively involved in volunteer work since the first days of the Russian invasion in Ukraine. In particular, the girl takes care of dogs that were left homeless and are currently in Sumy Society for the Protection of Animals, which is more than 200 animals.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the opening of the third training course "Police Cadet Corps" of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia region. More than a hundred young men and women who dream of becoming police officers joined the ranks of cadets.

Skovoroda, a specialist in the field of psychology, a practical psychologist with experience in conducting forensic psychological examinations, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty No. 6 Liliia Bondarenko and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Nadiia Chepelieva.
Nataliia Horbach, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty №4, took part in two international online webinars "How to support creativity and collaboration in the primary classroom" and "How to generate Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the secondary classroom" organized and conducted by Oxford University Press.
