Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has graduated the students of the advanced training courses held in a full-time format. For two weeks, employees of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv region have been improving their skills.
Cadets of the Faculties №2 and №3 are participating in practice-oriented training sessions to develop skills in documenting crimes related to armed aggression against Ukraine by the National Police investigative teams. The classes are taught by senior lecturers of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1 Oleksii Manyk and Valeriia Hnatenko.
The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko took part in the live information and analytical program of the regional TV channel Vinnytsia. He spoke about the educational process under martial law, the tasks of future university graduates in the practical units of the National Police, the role of the university in the Police Cadet Corps project, and the recruitment of volunteers for the "Offensive Guard" "Liut".
Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty №4, took part in a thematic online lecture by historian, public figure, political scientist, member of the expert council of the Center for Civil Liberties Viacheslav Likhachov on "Xenophobia in Ukraine: Is it a Real Threat?"
With the assistance of Borshchiv Mayor Ihor Chopyk and with the participation of Valerii Romashenko, Head of the Department of Education, Family, Youth and Sports of Borshchiv City Council, a meeting was held with class teachers and graduates of the secondary school No. 1 and the educational complex "Secondary school No. 3 - Gymnasium named after Roman Andriiashyk" in Borshchiv, Ternopil region.
Nataliia Horbach, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty №4 of KhNUIA, and Danylo Zinchenko, Senior Inspector of the Domestic Violence Sector of the Prevention Department of Kherson District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kherson Region, conducted a binary lesson on the discipline "Foreign Language for Professional Purposes" on the topic "Counteraction and Prevention of Domestic Violence".
Olha Medvedieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty №3 of KhNUIA, together with Kateryna Rodina, Head of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of the Prevention Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi region, continue a series of binary practical classes for cadets of the Faculty №1 as part of the discipline "Professional and Psychological Training of Police Officers"
First-year students of the Faculty No. 1 Alina Chumak and Anastasiia Petrovych, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Tetiana Shevchuk, took part in a scientific and practical conference on "Education under martial law: practical aspect".
