Assistant to the Rector, Viktor Slysh, and representatives of the Recruitment and Career Guidance Department held a regular meeting with graduates of general secondary education institutions of the I-III levels of the city of Bar, Zhmerynka district, Vinnytsia region, on the peculiarities of admission and study at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2023, more than 120 people in total.
Representatives of the Faculty No. 5 - Deputy Dean for Educational and Methodological Work Daria Dyska and Faculty Specialist Natalia But - met with students of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - patrol police officers of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv region who are taking advanced training courses.
On the occasion of the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer, cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs watched the feature film "Free Man. Pilgrimage" within the framework of military and patriotic education of youth with the assistance of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work.
An optional lesson in tactical medicine was held with the commanders of the training groups of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The university cadets practiced their skills in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and ensuring airway patency. The optional classes were held under the guidance of Vladyslav Burkhailo, a lecturer at the Faculty No. 3.
To strengthen the practical component of the training sessions for the cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Group 203, a binary lesson on the discipline "Criminal Procedure" was held with the participation of the Head of the General Criminal Investigation Department of the Investigation Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, Lieutenant Colonel Serhii Vasyliev and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the Faculty No. 1 Tetiana Fomina.

On the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Volunteer, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized and conducted a video lecture for higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs at all locations with the participation of the Head of the Central Interregional Department of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory Bohdan Halaiko and the leading employee of the Institute Oleksii Servetnyk.
