The academic staff of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty №4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs attended a thematic lecture on "The Nuremberg Tribunal: the beginning of the history of international criminal justice" prepared by the Center for Civil Liberties and Kyiv School of Human Rights and Democracy.
Dmytro Zaiats, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, conducted career orientation events at Novovodolazkyi Lyceum No. 1 of Novovodolazka Settlement Council of Kharkiv Region and met with the director of the Lyceum Oleksandr Kovalenko.
An integrated class on the academic discipline "Notary and Advocacy in Ukraine" was held, organized by Maryna Vasylenko, an associate professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, with the participation of a lawyer, a regional representative of the youth committee of the National Bar Association of Ukraine - UNBANextGen in Sumy Region, Olha Yakymenko.
On the occasion of the World Writer's Day, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work for Higher Education Applicants of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized a meeting with Vinnytsia writer, local historian and journalist Oleksandr Dmytruk.
During a meeting at the Department of Education and Science of Sumy Regional Military Administration, the Council of Young Scientists at Sumy Regional Military Administration, which includes Natalii Duravkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, presented an embroidered map of Sumy region, which will later become part of the embroidered map of Ukraine.
As part of career guidance activities, Nataliia Filipska, a senior lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, visited the secondary school № 113 of Kharkiv City Council and met with the school's principal Olha Hryhorash.
Nataliia Duravkina, associate professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, successfully completed the online module "Firearms", which was introduced by the European Union Advisory Mission on Reforming the Civilian Security Sector of Ukraine (UCC in Ukraine) together with the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and the "TOPCOP" project.
Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law Andrii Voitsikhovskyi became a participant in the working meeting of representatives of the Coalition "Ukraine. Ukraine 5AM Coalition", which was held to agree on the vision and principles of the Coalition's joint advocacy work at the international and national levels.
Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA participated in the thematic online lecture of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Halyna Yurovska on the topic "Protection of individual rights through the institution of a constitutional complaint." Judges of the Constitutional Court - Viktor Kolisnyk, Olha Sovhyria and Viktor Horodovenko - also took part in the discussion of the topic.
Vasyl Kikinchuk, Head of the Department of Criminology, Forensic Expertise and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, as part of career orientation events, visited the Main Directorate of the National Police in Chernivtsi region.
