The Day of Heroes of the Heavenly hundreds — memorable day celebrated in Ukraine on February 20 in order to commemorate the act of bravery of the revolution participants of dignity and the memory of Heroes of the Heavenly hundreds – brave fellow countrymen who at the price of their own life have allowed Ukraine to be independent, democratic, open world state and to create their future without Kremlin instructions.

To the International Native Language Day, Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs prepared a book-illustrative exposition "From Language Begins Human". On February 21, representatives of all Nationalities and Nations of the world celebrate International Native Language Day.

The online event for the Day of Unity “Bridge of Unity – Ukraine United” was held with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Odessa State University of Internal Affairs and Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. Communication took place in several locations. Representatives of all departments of higher education institutions, including the separate ones – Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, Law Enforcement Lyceum “Pravookhoronets”, Kherson Department of OSUIA and Odessa Center of the Primary Professional Training “Police Academy”, communicated and exchanged opinions on support of the state and consolidation of society.

Cadets of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a flashmob "Ukraine is United!", affirming that our state is strong, beautiful and free! Ukraine is United!

Professor of the Department of Law-Enforcement Activity and Policeistics, Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Olena Syniavska listened to an online seminar for lecturers on "Creating a Supportive Environment in the Educational Space".

A binary lesson was held in the groups of bachelors-psychologists of the third year of the Faculty № 6 KhNUIA, where the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Psychology – winner of the Tokyo Olympic Games Kateryna Reznik and Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Volodymyr Filonenko got acquainted the students with the peculiarities of the work of a sport psychologist.

Scientific Library of KhNUIA has prepared an exhibition "Olena Teliha – A Star That Has Not Gone Out", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the tragic death of the talented Ukrainian poetess and patriot Olena Teliha (1906 - 1942). 

Semen Dushka, Lecturer of the Special Disciplines Cycle of Sumy Center for Primary Vocational Training "Police Academy" (Sumy) of Sumy branch of KhNUIA with the participation of the Platoon Inspector of the № 1 company of the 3rd battalion of the Patrol Police Department of Sumy region, Senior Police Lieutenant Maksym Salnyk, binary classes on the subject "Tactical Training" were held for the students of Sumy branch.

On the eve of the Day of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work since February 17 started conducting thematic excursions for cadets of 1-3 courses of faculties №1-4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. 

“Days go by, years go by, life turns the pages. And the pain of Afghan – for some reason in the soul for some reason does not stop”. With these words, the Curator of the 101st platoon, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Tetiana Herashchenko began a meeting of cadets with Afghan soldiers.
