Ukraine celebrates Youth Day with the whole world on August 12 for the first time. 2022 has become a special year for Ukrainian youth, because the youth actively manifest themselves during the war period, participating in volunteer activity. The youth of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is no exception.
Third and fourth year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 took part in the training on the topics "Tactical Combat Casualty Care" ("Providing aid to the wounded in the conditions of hostilities") and "Basic Life Support" (Basic Life Support Protocol), which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi during August 8–10, 2022.
Vladyslav Shendryk, Head of the Department of Operative and Investigative Activity and Crime Detection, together with Polina Soproniuk, Senior Psychologist of the Personnel Support Department of Kremenchuk Regional Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Poltava region, conducted a binary class on operative and investigative activity for the 4th year cadets of the Faculty No. 4.
Courses "Techniques of safe driving of a 4x4 car in difficult and extreme conditions" are held under the guidance of the Instructor for training practical driving of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 Mykola Chmykh.
Representatives of Kremenchuk charitable organization, who are participants of the All-Ukrainian volunteer movement "Camouflage net for the army by volunteers", visited Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Head of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty No. 6 Yurii Zhornokui, Associate Professor of the same Department, Candidate of Legal Sciences Olha Moroz and Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6 Valentyna Zhornokui passed advanced training under the program "Corporate management in the public sphere under martial law: an institutional paradigm".
The School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the third webinar on the topic "Prevention and combating domestic violence in Ukraine" within the framework of cooperation with Kharkiv Local Center for Providing Free Secondary Legal Aid and the sector "Izium Bureau of Legal Aid" of Kharkiv Local Center for Providing Free Secondary Legal Aid.

August 12 is Youth Day, a holiday for everyone who feels young not only by age, but also in soul. On the initiative of the cadet-student self-government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs prepared a greeting, which was joined by young people from other higher education institutions.
