The minister, together with the university's management, inspected the material and technical base, visited the canteen, talked with the staff, young people, and inspected the cadet dormitories. Also, he visited the shelters where cadets and university staff stay during an air threat.

On the occasion of the commemoration day in Ukraine of the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl nuclear power plant, an online video lecture was organized and conducted for KhNUIA applicants for higher education.

Every year on December 14, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Commemoration of the liquidators of the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant - people who, at the cost of their lives and health, were able to overcome the terrible tragedy of the 20th century, which happened on April 26, 1986.

The management of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA, together with the staff of the preparatory department, held another online meeting with future applicants. Heads, teachers, parents and students of secondary educational institutions of Kharkiv took part in the event: secondary schools No. 42, 84, 145, 156, 167, 31, 123 and gymnasium No. 43.

Students of the 4th year of the "Law" specialty of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Yevhenia Budiukova and Yevhenia Kovalenko, under the guidance of assistant professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines Liudmyla Parfentii, gave a lecture on the topic "Domestic violence" : responsibility and combating".

Students of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA listened to a lecture, the topic of which was the peculiarities of the application of Art. 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the procedure for issuing documents on drivers who are intoxicated. The speaker of the event was the senior lecturer of the Academy of Patrol Police, Vadym Shpak.

Oleksii Shumilo, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in the webinar "Disclosure of planned forestry activities by means of electronic maps", which was held by  "Forest Initiatives and Society" within the framework of the "Program to combat forest crimes in Ukraine" project.

Under the leadership of the assistant professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty No., 6 Iryna Lutsenko, a meeting of the scientific group on the topic "Problems of applying the law regarding the responsibility of consumers of child pornography" was held. Professor of the department Viacheslav Yemelianov and senior lecturer Yuliia Mytrofanova gave thematic reports.

The staff and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized and conducted a children's drawing competition on the theme "I am safe with the Ministry of Internal Affairs" for children of "Sonechko" Development Center for Children with Special Mental Needs in Vinnytsia.

On the initiative of the Head of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, police colonel Olha Bezpalova, together with psychologists of the department of psychological support of the National Medical Center of the MDNP in Kharkiv region, an introductory psycho-prophylactic consultation was held with cadets of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years who are undergoing training and internship in Kharkiv region.
