During the month, the second-year cadets of Sumy branch of KhNUIA will undergo internships in police units throughout Ukraine. 97 cadets of the university will serve in the departments of preventive activities of Sumy, Chernihiv, Donetsk and Poltava regions.

Yuliia Zabolotna, a lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, passed the International Internship under the Advanced Training Program "Fundraising and Organization of Project Activities in Educational Institutions: European Experience" for academic and scientific and academic workers (Poland-Ukraine).
Nataliia Zadorozhna, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, a cadet of the 1st year of the Faculty №1 of KhNUIA, took an online course "Information Security" on the Prometheus platform.
Vladyslav Poltavskyi, a student of Faculty № 6, visited Sigma Software IT company for the second time, where he took part in the offered business games and conferences with the participation of company managers. Ambassadors from local branches in Lviv and Kyiv also took part in the conference.
During the vacation in Zaporizhzhia, the meeting of the head of the cadet-student parliament of KhNUIA Oleksandr Babych and the head of the cadet-student self-government of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA Dmytro Khodin took place.
Lecturer of the Department of Law Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Iryna Maisun took a course “Studying International Humanitarian Law”. Course was developed by a group of practical experts of Ukrainian Helskinki Human Rights Union and Ukrainian Red Cross Society with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Victoria Kolesnyk, a third-year cadet of the Faculty № 1, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, together with representatives of the Union of Search Detachments of Ukraine took part in the first archeological excavations in Balakliia district of Kharkiv region.
Iryna Maisun, a lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, successfully completed an eight-week course "Introduction to International Criminal Law" from Case Western Reserve University. The course was taught by one of the world's leading experts in this field - Michael Scharf.
