At Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, police officers from various units of the National Police began training in advanced training courses. There are 28 patrol police officers (PPD officers in Kharkiv and Poltava regions), 28 cyberpolice officers, and 25 employees of information and analytical support units among them, who are the representatives of the main departments of almost all regions of Ukraine.

As a part of Road Safety Week in Ukraine that takes place from May, 17 to 23 2021 curators of study groups of Faculty No.6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs began a series of lectures aimed at improving the level of knowledge on road safety.

The submission of documents for the state ordered admission to Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in Specialty 262 "Law Enforcement" is going on. The individuals who haven’t registered on the portal of candidates for training on time manner (until May 15), can do it directly in the component police department when submitting the necessary documents.

A constituent meeting on the preparation and conduct of external independent evaluation in 2021 was held. This year, 40 representatives of the University will perform the duties of authorized persons, who will work at the testing centers in Kharkiv.

Professor of the Department of Law-Enforcement Activity and Policeistics, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena Syniavska, and Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities of KhNUIA Olha Piskunova conducted a binary lesson on the subject "Legal Principles of Corruption Prevention" in the study group of Faculty No.6.

The team of Sumy branch of KhNUIA took part in track and field contests among physical culture teams (PCT) of servicemen, policemen, law enforcement officers, employees of regional law enforcement agencies and employees of rescue services of the region on the program “Dynamiada 2021”.

During the morning inspection of the personnel of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the cadets who had won and become prize-winners in competitions in various sport activities were awarded.

With the restoration of the usual format of education after the lockdown, there was also the restoration of visits of pupils to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held by the leadership of Faculty №6 to inform the future entrants about the educational material base of the university.

The representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Associate Professor of the Department Larysa Varunts and Senior Lecturer of the Department Nataliia Filipska took part in the webinar "How to beat human trafficking in Ukraine", organized and conducted by the Center for Civil Liberties and Kyiv School of Human Rights and Democracy.

Alona Severynova, the judge of Zarichnyi district court in Sumy, held a lecture for the first and second-year students and cadets at Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the discipline "Civil Law" on the topic "Additional term of acceptance of inheritance".
