According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated December 8, 2008 No. 1149 "On the All-Ukrainian Week of Law", the All-Ukrainian Week of Law is held annually in a week, including December 10 - Human Rights Day, which is celebrated in memory of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the UN General Assembly in 1948.

M. Sereda.
