As part of the annual All-Ukrainian action "16 Days Against Violence", the leaders of scientific circles of the cycle commission of natural sciences Yana Doludareva, Svitlana Hrybanova, Oksana Husarova, Vitalii Moskalyk and Liudmyla Pylypenko held thematic meetings on "Gender Violence in Society".

Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 1 Krystyna Koval took part in the webinar “Publication of articles in predatory publications: implications for researchers and universities” from the American Councils for International Education, which implement a project: “Academic Integrity Initiative and Education Quality” in Ukraine.

Within the Worldwide action “16 days against violence” a lesson for 10-a form of municipal institution secondary school № 23 of Sumy was held by Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Nataliia Horobets on the topic: “Counteracting Violence. Do not be silent. Start speaking”.

Law students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA along with Maryna Vasylenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines, specialists of the Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Sumy Region and Sumy Local Center, along with free legal aid volunteer Yuliia Tarasenko-Balandina became participants in the online seminar: “Volunteering in modern conditions: challenges and answers within the discipline “Features of practical law”.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of KhNUIA Anna Naumova organized for 4th year students of the Faculty № 6 field binary classes at Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The global campaign "16 Days Against Violence" continues. Olena Lukianykhina, Head of the Department of Socio and Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, took part in the webinar-conference "Education Against Violence: Methods of Prevention and Response Algorithm", which took place on the online platform of Universal Education.

Bohdan Moshenskyi, a cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the 30th Santa Claus Cup international short track competition in Budapest, Hungary.

Linguists of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Valentyna Vasylenko, Yuliia Samoilova, Anna Reshytko and Larysa Hartsunova took part in symposium “E-TOOL” (Teaching Online Opportunity Lab), under a grant provided by the AS Hornby Educational Trust Funding with the support of the British Council.

A meeting of the scientific group of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 6 was held under the leadership of Associate Professor Iryna Lutsenko. During the meeting, the members of the group listened to and discussed the abstracts of the reports prepared by the members of the scientific group for participation in the conferences.

Yana Sadykova, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the X International Forum on the Practice of the European Court of Human Rights and the International Forum “Information Security: Current Trends 2020-2021”.
